Spain
Spain are expected to be one of the favourites to lift the Euro 2024 crown or at least go deep into the tournament on the back of a highly successful qualifying campaign which resulted in Luis de la Fuente's side finishing top of Group A by a four-point margin over plucky Scotland who finished runners-up.
Despite a 2-0 loss to Scotland in their opening group qualifier, Spain embarked upon an unstoppable seven-game winning streak, scoring a total of 25 goals in the process and included notable wins against Norway 3-0, Georgia 7-1, Cyprus 6-0 and avenging their previous defeat to Scotland with a 2-0 home win.
Croatia
Croatia had to make do with the runners-up spot in Group D during the qualifying phase behind surprise package Turkey and although they lost to Turkey and third placed Wales, five wins and a draw proved to be enough.
Zlatko Dalic's side also proved to be tough to beat when they went behind in the Qatar World Cup; the third place finishers in the 2022 World Cup won three of the four games they went behind in as they beat Canada 4-1 and then eventually beating Japan and Brazil on penalties after drawing level.
Italy
Italy are expected to battle it out with Croatia to join Spain into the knockout rounds of this Euro 2024 as the Azzurri look to defend their Euro 2020 title after beating England on penalties in the final but their task will not be an easy one with strong nations such as Spain and Croatia to deal with in Group B.
Italy finished runners-up behind England in Group C with only goal difference seeing Luciano Spalletti's side gaining automatic qualification for Euro 2024 over third placed Ukraine and it'll be interesting to see if Italy can avenge their previous 2-1 loss to Spain in last year's Nations League when they meet in Group B in June.
Albania
Albania will compete in only their second major tournament in Germany in June in this Euro 2024, Euro 2016 saw them make their debut on the major stage, but the Red and Blacks face an extremely tough assignment in what is being described as the 'group of death' in Group C which consists of three major European powers - Spain, Croatia and Italy.
Nevertheless, Albania should be respected after winning their qualifying Group E ahead of runners-up Czech Republic on goal difference during a successful qualifying campaign which saw them lose just once and included wins against Poland and Czech Republic.
Their opening game against Italy could be a perfect opportunity to get their Euro 2024 finals off to a positive start.
Group B Predictions
Spain cruised through qualification and La Roja are expected to win Group B while Croatia and Italy will battle it out between themselves for the runners-up spot.
Albania may just put the odd spanner in the works along the way though.
Therefore, our main bet will be Spain to win Group B @ 1.80
