Orlando City re-ignited their prospects of achieving a place in the Finals Series play-offs with a 2-1 win away from home at Toronto in midweek and now they return to the home surroundings of their Inter&Co Stadium for this weekend's clash against the bottom club in the Eastern Conference, DC United, who were handed a 3-2 loss at home to Cincinnati in the midweek fixtures.

Two wins within their last three games in the MLS have helped Orlando City stay in touch with the teams above them and the play-off pack and indeed, the hosts now sit level on points with eighth placed Toronto and ninth placed Atlanta United prior to this weekend's schedule.

All three points could see Orlando City as high as seventh place in the Eastern Conference table and having previously registered a 4-2 home win against Chicago Fire, Oscar Pareja's side will be eager to take advantage of a beleaguered DC United outfit here at their Inter&Co Stadium.

Manager, Troy Lesesne, will try and pick his troops back up for this upcoming road trip to the Inter&Co Stadium but the bigger picture shows DC United have recorded just three wins from their last 21 games overall in the MLS, two of which were achieved on home turf at their Audi Field.

Poor results away from home have also contributed to DC United's dramatic decline as the visitors have managed to capture just one win in their previous 15 outings on the road which came in the form of a 3-2 win at Atlanta United but also includes being dealt seven defeats in the process as well.

DC United have failed to score in eight of their last 15 away games and although Orlando City have also struggled for consistency of late in the MLS, the hosts look the more likely to grab the all-important three points in this clash.
