AC Milan will be keen to end their Serie A campaign on a winning note as they return to their Stadio Giuseppe Meazza for this upcoming clash on Saturday evening against already relegated Salernitana following last week's heavy 3-1 defeat away from home at Torino, while Salernitana suffered yet another defeat in the Italian top flight after a 2-1 loss at home to Verona and the visitors will no doubt be looking forward to the end of what has been a harrowing season for the minnows.

Salernitana's misery is almost over in what has been a miserable campaign for Stefano Colantuono's side as they sit rock bottom of the Serie A table with just a meagre total of 16 points under their belts ahead of this final game of the season.

Salernitana have lost 15 of these last 19 games overall which certainly does not bode well for this upcoming visit to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza to take on a high-flying AC Milan outfit who'll be eager to finish their season with a win in their final home game of the term.
