Augsburg's previously solid looking five-game unbeaten run in the German top flight was brought to an end following last weekend's 3-1 defeat away from home at Hoffenheim but with home advantage behind them once again on Friday night, the hosts will be looking to return to winning ways, while Union Berlin were handed a 1-0 defeat at home to the runaway Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen which means the visitors have registered just one win from their last six matches overall.
