Molde were dealt a 3-2 defeat at home to KFUM in the Norwegian Eliteserien on the weekend which in turn ended a six-match unbeaten sequence in the domestic top flight for the hosts, while Silkeborg opened their account in the Danish Superliga with a 1-0 home win against SonderjyskE in their opening match of the new domestic top flight season.
