Icelandic outfit, KA Akureyri, will be going in search of a fifth win on the trot in all competitions when they play host to Irish Premier Division side, Dundalk, when the two teams meet at Greifavöllurinn on Thursday night as the battle continues for a lucrative place in the group stage of the UEFA Conference League.

Having suffered just the one defeat in their last nine matches overall, which came in the form of a 3-2 loss away at Bohemians, Dundalk will be confident that they too can gain a positive result here in this 1st leg in Iceland especially as the visitors have won six of these last nine matches as well.

However, this may be easier said than done on the road on Thursday night as Dundalk have managed to capture just two away wins in their last seven outings overall but the goals market appeals here as well where Dundalk are concerned as four of these last seven away games have also resulted in both teams scoring.

Dundalk bring a solid record in the UEFA Conference League into this upcoming clash though as the visitors have lost just once in their previous eight ties, while both teams have scored in five of these games as well.
