Subsequent victories over AEK Larnaca, Gent and AZ Alkmaar saw David Moyes' side sail into this Europa Conference League final where they will be confident of picking up this trophy on Saturday night.

It's worth mentioning that West Ham still remain unbeaten after playing 14 ties in this competition and most impressive of all, The Hammers have won 13 of these 14 ties as well.

It's not often that the likes of Fiorentina and West Ham get to contest a European final and as such, both sides are likely to approach this game with extreme caution in order to stay in this final for as long as possible.
