Crystal Palace have also had their fair share of problems lately as well in the English top flight as former manager Roy Hodgson stepped down from his role due to health reasons amidst just three wins from their previous 17 league matches overall, whilst also being handed nine defeats in the process as well.

However, Palace have managed to record occasional but very important wins against some of the teams below them in the table against the likes of Brentford, Sheffield United and Burnley which have contributed to the London club currently occupying the relative safety of 14th place in the Premier League table where they posses a useful looking eight-point cushion between themselves and the relegation zone.

It should be noted though, that each of these three aforementioned wins were achieved on home soil at Selhurst Park while results away from home continue to be a major concern for new manager Oliver Glasner as his side have now failed to win any of their last eight outings on the road, slipping to five defeats within this period.
