Liverpool vs Nottingham Forest Preview

Following two away games without a win and gaining just a point from the last possible six on offer, Liverpool returned to Anfield and returned to winning ways last weekend where they registered a 2-0 win against Everton in the merseyside derby which helped maintain Liverpool's fourth place position in the Premier League, while Nottingham Forest were held to a disappointing 2-2 draw at home with lowly Luton Town.

Liverpool have made an encouraging start to this new Premier League season though as The Reds have suffered just the one defeat in their opening nine games of this new term which was a 2-1 loss away from home at a rejuvenated Tottenham outfit but Jurgen Klopp's side have also enjoyed picking up six wins in the process as well.

Indeed, since their return to the Premier League, Nottingham Forest have managed to capture just two wins out of their 24 outings on the road, slipping to 16 defeats in the process, while also failing to score in 12 of these games as well.
