Burnley extended their unbeaten sequence in the Premier League to three games on Saturday when they grabbed a solid point in a 2-2 draw away from home at Chelsea which gives Vincent Kompany's side an outside chance of a miraculous escape from the drop, while Wolves were handed a 2-0 defeat away from home at Aston Villa in Sunday's west midlands clash at Villa Park which resulted in Wolves dropping down to 10th place in the Premier League standings.

Points picked up in draws with West Ham and Chelsea along with a welcome and desperately needed 2-1 home win against Brentford which has helped The Clarets stay in touch with the teams above them as Burnley are just four points adrift of safety heading into Tuesday night's game.

Wolves have managed to pick up just five away wins throughout the whole of this season's top flight campaign though and along with slipping to eight defeats within their 15 outings so far this term, this also suggests the goals market may be the better option for this clash.
