Watford's stubborn run of four draws on the trot in the Championship was halted by high-flying Southampton at St Mary's Stadium last Saturday with a 3-2 defeat to the south coast side as another campaign has fizzled out for The Hornets while Hull City collected a second win in three games with a comprehensive 3-0 home win against QPR to keep The Tigers' hopes alive of securing a place in the play-offs.
