Both Cardiff City and Coventry City occupy places in the lower half of the Championship table sitting in 15th and 14th places respectively and both teams on seven points apiece ahead of this upcoming midweek encounter at the Cardiff City Stadium with both sides looking to pull themselves up into the top half of the division with a win here.

A rousing 3-0 home win against last season's play-off rivals, Middlesbrough, has been followed by four draws on the trot but Coventry have at least picked up points in stalemates with Swansea City, Sunderland, Watford and Hull City respectively, thus giving the visitors a decent chance of taking something from this upcoming trip to the Cardiff City Stadium.

It's worth noting that three of these four recent draws have also resulted in Under 2.5 goals while on their travels, seven of Coventry City's last 10 outings on the road have also produced two goals or less, so goals may be in short supply here on Tuesday night.
