What Is A Winning Correct Score Tip?
All of our games are predicted with a score and a stake. When we match the score exactly to the result then this is a winning correct score tip. If we only predict the match winner or outcome (home, draw, away) then this is a match winner tip, and equally if we predicted both teams to score or over or under 2.5 goals then this would imply a winner in those markets. How Many Tips Result In Correct Score Winning Tips?
The odds on a correct score bet can range from anywhere around 6.00 (5/1) for scores such as 1-0 or 1-1, to odds of more than 101.00 (100/1) for results that are unexpected. Therefore putting a percentage or number on the number of games we get exactly correct is only part of how we measure success. On average we predict around 1 in 10 games (10%) as an exact correct score winner (at our last count, for the current season we predicted 26609 completed games, and 2780 of those were exact correct score winners. That's 10.4% to be exact). Therefore, if the odds on our correct scores average more than 11.00 (10/1) we would make a profit from backing all of our tips. That said, no one bets on the correct score on EVERY game, so which games are selected for correct score bets also matters in measuring success.
