Real Sociedad extended their unbeaten sequence in the Spanish top flight to five games overall following last weekend's 1-1 draw away from home at Getafe which has helped maintain Real Sociedad's ambitions of achieving a European spot for next season, while Real Madrid flexed their muscles with a 3-2 win against Barcelona in last weekend's el clasico with a last-minute winner from Jude Bellingham.
