Osasuna ended two defeats on the trot in recent weeks in the Spanish top flight with a welcome 3-0 win away from home at bottom club Almeria last time out in La Liga and they now return to the comforts of their Estadio El Sadar for Monday night's encounter against Valencia looking for more of the same, while Valencia also registered an away win last time out in the domestic top flight when they recorded a 1-0 win at Granada, so both teams will be keen to build upon their recent victories here.

Recent losses at the hands of Girona and Real Madrid have prevented Osasuna from making in-roads into the top six pack in the La Liga table and the hosts now find themselves sitting in ninth place and 10 points adrift of sixth placed Real Sociedad so it looks like a top half finish is the best that Osasuna can hope for now this term.
