Mallorca continued their recent stubborn streak in La Liga last weekend when they earned a point in a dour 0-0 draw away from home at Almeria which extended their unbeaten run in the domestic top flight to four games overall, while Osasuna put an end to their previously worrying six-match winless run with a welcome 1-0 home win against Rayo Vallecano.

League wins so far this season though have been difficult to come by for Mallorca who have managed to capture just two wins to date in this season's campaign which have come in the shape of victories against Celta Vigo and Sevilla but there have been a lot of disappointing results in between these two results.
