Las Palmas slipped to a narrow 1-0 defeat away from home at Real Betis on the weekend in La Liga in their second away game on the trot and having gained just the one point from these two recent away days, Las Palmas will be grateful to be returning to the home surroundings of their Estadio de Gran Canaria for this upcoming clash against Getafe on Friday night, especially as Las Palmas have won three of their last four home games.

However, although Getafe still remain unbeaten on home soil at their Estadio Coliseum, winning four of their seven home games so far in this campaign, the visitors are still looking to rack up their first away win of this season as they have drawn four and lost three so far on their travels.

An opening three-game losing streak on the road saw Getafe slip to losses at Girona, Real Madrid and Real Sociedad but despite tightening things up in subsequent trips by drawing their last four away games on the trot, the bigger picture shows Getafe have managed to capture just one win out of their last 20 outings on their travels.
