Frosinone's stubborn unbeaten sequence in the Italian top flight continued on the weekend when the hosts picked up a point in a 0-0 draw away from home at Empoli as Eusebio Di Francesco's side continued their resistance against possible relegation with a sixth game without defeat, while Inter Milan were handed only their second defeat of this season's Serie A campaign with a 1-0 defeat on the road at Sassuolo.

Frosinone moved up into 16th place on the Serie A standings thanks to that point at Empoli but there's still plenty of work ahead for Di Francesco's side as they are only two points above the relegation zone with three league matches remaining of the season.

However, Inter Milan won't care too much about their recent setback as the visitors hold an 18-point lead at the top of the Serie A table over second placed rivals AC Milan and with just three games remaining, Inter Milan cannot be caught.

Nevertheless, Simone Inzaghi's side will be urging his players not to switch off in these last three league games and having won 14 of their 17 away games to date this term, the visitors still carry an obvious threat on their travels which Frosinone will be only too aware of.

Inter Milan have won seven of their last eight outings on the road which includes notable wins on their travels at the likes of Roma, Bologna and most important of all, a 2-1 win against their fierce rivals, AC Milan, while goals may also feature in this upcoming clash on Friday night as five of Inter Milan's last 10 away games have also resulted in both teams scoring.
