Waterford return to the more familiar surroundings of their Waterford Regional Sports Centre for this upcoming clash against Sligo Rovers in the Irish Premier Division on the back of a heavy and disappointing 3-0 loss away from home at Derry City, while Sligo Rovers picked up a second win on the trot in the domestic top flight on Monday night with a 2-1 home win against Drogheda United which has helped lift the visitors up into sixth place in the table.
