The German top flight action continues on Sunday and features this upcoming Bundesliga tussle between ninth placed Wolfsburg and their 12th placed visitors, Werder Bremen, when the two teams lock horns at the VOLKSWAGEN ARENA as Wolfsburg look to get themselves back on track following three defeats on the trot, while Werder Bremen will be looking to build upon their 2-0 win against Union Berlin last time out.

It's been a bit of a mixed bag of results for Wolfsburg in the early stages of this new Bundesliga campaign as the hosts have picked up four wins but they have also been dealt five defeats already within their opening nine games of this new season.

Werder Bremen put an end to a previous three-match losing streak last weekend in the Bundesliga when they recorded a welcome 2-0 home win against Union Berlin which has helped the visitors up into a more respectable 12th place in the German top flight table following previous losses to Darmstadt, Hoffenheim and Borussia Dortmund.

However, that recent win against Union Berlin became only a third win so far this season for Werder Bremen who had previously collected victories against Mainz and FC Cologne but they have also been dealt no fewer than six defeats already this season.
