PSG took another step towards gaining yet another Ligue 1 title last weekend in the French top flight when they recorded a 3-1 victory away from home at Troyes which became the hosts' eighth win in 11 games which has helped the Paris club to a six-point cushion over second-placed Lens.

Just four games remain of this season's Ligue 1 campaign and PSG know that another three points on Saturday night against relegation-threatened Ajaccio would see the hosts standing on the threshold of claiming the league title this season.

However, PSG do still possess an inconsistent streak from time to time despite the wealth of quality players in their personnel and this has re-surfaced in recent weeks as PSG have lost three out of their last four matches in Ligue 1.

Ajaccio's cause hasn't been helped by the fact that the visitors have failed to win any of their last nine games overall in the French top flight and having lost seven of these nine games, this upcoming clash at the Parc des Princes looks to be a foregone conclusion.

In addition, Ajaccio have lost their last six away games on the trot along with failing to score in four of these matches, so the visitors are not likely to be relishing this upcoming trip to the nation's capital.
