West Ham's winless run in the Premier League was extended to four games overall last weekend when The Hammers could only muster a point in a 1-1 draw away from home at Brentford, while Ipswich Town gained another point in last Sunday's 2-2 draw at home with Aston Villa which in turn extended the Tractor Boys' unbeaten run to four games in the Premier League.

West Ham have managed to capture just one win to date in the early stages of this new Premier League campaign which came in the form of a 2-0 victory away from home at Crystal Palace but three defeats within their opening six games has resulted in Lopetegui's side remaining in the lower half of the Premier League table in 14th place.

Indeed, just one league position and one point separate 15th placed Ipswich Town from their 14th placed hosts prior to this Saturday afternoon's encounter in the nation's capital but disappointing results in recent road trips in all competitions suggest Ipswich Town may well have their work cut out in this upcoming fixture.

The Tractor Boys have managed to capture just two wins in their last nine outings on the road in all competitions which were both achieved towards the end of last season's campaign in the Championship and having been subjected to four defeats as well within this period, the visitors look set for a tough test in east London this Saturday.
