Southampton will be looking to redeem themselves when they return to Premier League action on Saturday lunchtime when they play host to fellow strugglers Manchester United when the two teams prepare to do battle down on the south coast at St Mary's Stadium, as the hosts have lost all three of their games so far this term, while Manchester United were handed a heavy 3-0 loss at home to Liverpool at Old Trafford just before the international break.

After posting an impressive four-match winning streak during February of last season with victories gained over Wolves, West Ham, Aston Villa and Luton Town respectively, United have really struggled for consistency in the English top flight and this is further emphasised when looking at their results since mid-February.

Just five wins captured from their subsequent 16 league matches tells its own story but even so, the visitors still look the better equipped to grab all three points here down on the south coast on Saturday lunchtime with personnel such as Bruno Fernandes, Kobi Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho in their ranks.
