Fulham vs Bournemouth Preview

Both Fulham and Bournemouth find themselves sitting just below the mid-table point in the Premier League table as Fulham head into this Saturday's clash on the back of two draws on the trot while Bournemouth have also been involved in stalemates in both of their last two league matches in the English top flight as well.

Fulham have experienced something of a dip in form in recent times in the domestic top flight as The Cottagers have managed to capture just one win from their previous seven matches overall, which came in the form of a 2-1 home win against London rivals, Arsenal, but Marco Silva's side have also been dealt four defeats within this seven- game period as well, which has resulted in the hosts to remain in 13th place in the table.

Recent defeats to Newcastle United, Burnley, Bournemouth (away) and local neighbours Chelsea have slowed down Fulham's progress in the past few weeks as the hosts have been unable to build upon previous back-to-back wins.

Back-to-back defeats to Tottenham and Liverpool in 3-1 and 4-0 losses respectively along with draws with West Ham and Nottingham Forest suggest this upcoming trip to Craven Cottage could prove to be another tricky outing for Andoni Iraola's side on Saturday afternoon.

Bournemouth had previously put together an impressive looking seven-match unbeaten sequence in the Premier League which consisted of six wins and a draw which included wins collected on the road at She?eld United, Crystal Palace, Manchester United and Nottingham Forest, so they too will be seeking a return to winning ways this weekend.

Results away from home though have been a little inconsistent where Bournemouth have been concerned as The Cherries have registered just four wins from their last 13 outings on the road and includes seven defeats as well, while eight of Bournemouth's last 10 away games have resulted in Over 2.5 goals.
