Brentford have produced a mixed start to their new Premier League season and The Bees head into Saturday's clash at their Gtech Community Stadium on the back of a 2-0 defeat away from home at Liverpool, while Southampton also tasted defeat when they were dealt a disappointing 1-0 loss at home to Nottingham Forest, so both teams will be eager to get themselves off the mark with their first win of the season here.

The Saints will therefore be desperate to pick up their first win of the season here in the nation's capital and having lost just twice in their last eight outings on the road in all competitions, the south coast club look to have a decent chance of getting something from this upcoming trip especially as the visitors have also collected five wins within this period.

Victories against Leeds United 2-1 and 1-0 (the latter in the Championship Play-Off final), along with preseason friendly wins against Eastleigh, Bordeaux and Millwall should give Southampton a reason to be upbeat about their chances on Saturday.
