The lunchtime kick-off on Saturday in the Premier League features this upcoming clash between Bournemouth and Tottenham at the Vitality Stadium with the south coast hosts still looking to capture their first win of this new English top flight season while Tottenham will be keen to extend their unbeaten start to this new term.

Bournemouth began this season's campaign in fairly promising fashion as they picked up a point in a 1-1 draw at home with West Ham on the opening day of the season but last weekend, The Cherries were handed a heavy 3-1 defeat away from home at Liverpool so although they return to home surroundings this Saturday lunchtime, there are no guarantees of success for Bournemouth.

An opening day 2-2 draw away from home at Brentford was followed up with a solid 2-0 home win against Manchester United last Saturday and this encouraging start to this new campaign should give Spurs plenty of confidence in gaining all three points down on the sough coast this weekend.

However, backing Tottenham in the straight win markets has been fraught with danger in recent times in the Premier League as Spurs have managed to collect just three wins from their previous 10 league games, two of which were on home soil at their Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Throw in five defeats within this period which consist of losses to Bournemouth 3-2, Newcastle United 6-1, Liverpool 4-3, Aston Villa 2-1 and Brentford 3-1, and you can see why it looks best to avoid the win markets altogether, but the goals have certainly been flowing!
