Arsenal maintained their quest for a possible Premier League title last Sunday with a 1-0 win away from home at Old Trafford against Manchester United but The Gunners now have to rely upon West Ham to either hold Manchester City to a draw or beat Pep Guardiola's side for Arsenal to have a chance of being crowned English champions.

Ironically, it was their north London rivals, Tottenham, who have handed Manchester City the perfect opportunity to record yet another league title as Spurs were dealt a 2-0 loss at home to The Citizens in midweek but Arsenal can only concentrate on what they can control heading into this final day of the season as the hosts look to extend their latest winning streak to six games when Everton visit.

Arsenal have previously captured wins against Wolves, Chelsea, Tottenham, Bournemouth and Manchester United respectively and Mikel Arteta's side will be highly motivated to make it six wins on the trot at their Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
