Stockport County produced an 11th straight win on the trot in League Two last weekend with a 4-2 win away from home at Swindon Town which helped the league leaders to a five-point cushion over second placed Wrexham at the top of the division while Colchester United extended their unbeaten run in the English fourth tier to four games with a 1-1 draw at home against Sutton United.

Colchester had previously slipped to four defeats on the trot though, suffering losses to Newport County, Morecambe, Forest Green Rovers and Harrogate Town respectively, so there may be a few nagging doubts just hanging over Colchester's chances of getting something from this upcoming trip to Edgeley Park on Saturday afternoon.
