Accrington Stanley may hold home advantage for this Saturday's clash against high-flying Wrexham but the Lancashire hosts will be attempting to avoid a third defeat on the trot in League Two at the Wham Stadium having fallen foul of the likes of Colchester United and Crawley Town respectively, while Wrexham will be seeking out a fourth win on the trot.

Accrington Stanley have dropped down the League Two standings to eighth place after suffering losses to Colchester United 1-0 at home followed by a heavy 3-1 defeat away from home at Crawley Town.

Five wins within this eight-match unbeaten sequence have seen Phil Parkinson's side grab important victories against Crawley Town, Salford City, Sutton United, Notts County and Gillingham and this winning momentum looks tough to stop for the hosts, Accrington Stanley, on Saturday afternoon.

The Welsh outfit have been solid on their travels though as well so far in this campaign as Wrexham have lost just once in their eight outings on the road which includes wins at Tranmere Rovers, Crawley Town and Notts County, but goals may be in short supply as seven of Wrexham's eight away games have also resulted in Under 2.5 goals as well.
