Cagliari were handed a worrying 2-1 defeat away from home at Frosinone last Sunday in Serie A which means Friday night's hosts still occupy a precarious looking 17th place in the Italian top flight table and just a point above the relegation zone, while Torino gained a point in a 0-0 draw away from home at Genoa last time out in Serie A.
