This upcoming FA Cup third round replay between Everton and Crystal Palace is an all-Premier League affair at Goodison Park with both teams no doubt keen to put this tie to bed in the regular 90 minutes and avoid extra-time and indeed penalties with both teams sitting in the lower half of the Premier League table and desperate to concentrate on Premier League survival.

Crystal Palace weren't in action over the weekend and their last game ended in the 0-0 draw in this FA Cup third round tie at Selhurst Park and having lost just once in their last five games in all competitions, Crystal Palace will also feel they have legitimate claims over gaining a positive result in this upcoming encounter on merseyside.

However, Crystal Palace have gained just the one win from their last 10 matches overall in all competitions which came in the form of a 3-1 home win against London rivals, Brentford, in the Premier League but there's been little else to get excited about for Eagles fans as their side have drawn four but also lost five of the remaining nine games.

Results away from home have also been fairly disappointing for the visitors as The Eagles have registered just two wins from their previous nine outings on the road which have seen Roy Hodgson's side pick up wins at Manchester United and Burnley but they have also slipped to five defeats within this period as well.

Previous results overall though have been disappointing where Palace have been concerned as they've lacked that creative spark and cutting edge to turn performances into wins as they continue to deal with the significant absence of former star, Wilfried Zaha.
