In a large field, Salut Flo, Seabass and and Hunt Ball are all challenging for favourite status at around 7/1. Salut Flo recently struggled at Cheltenham in December finishing 12th. Seabass is a tough contender, and is on excellent form, winning Naas, Leopardstown and Limerick in February, January and December. Seabass certainly comes into this race on better form than Salut Flo. Hunt Ball too has good recent form, and regularly runs this distance, so should edge Seabass on form. Hunt Ball also has a 55% win rate.
Of the rest of the field, Calgary Bay is a 9 year old that brings a lot of experience and may be worth a place. Triolo D'Alene is inexperienced, but won well at Ascot in January. Hector's Choice is a consistent horse and may be worth an each way bet at 12/1. If you are looking for experience then Tranquil Sea is a 10 year old that might grab a place and at 14/1 may also be a good each way bet.
